Earlier this month, two of our colleagues, who usually work over 2000km apart had the opportunity to come together for a week in Lisbon.
Enso and WEA work collaboratively together where possible to ensure we use the skillsets of our team where possible.
Rose and Susanna had a fantastic week. In addition to being able to achieve some work targets they also had the opportunity to get to know each other in person and explored some local sites.
While Enso Education is happy to support home and flexible working where possible we recognise the benefit of working together in person too - especially for colleagues used to working in different countries!
